Ordering, Payment, Delivery & Returns
1. GENERAL:
- Picinae accepts orders for products delivering within the continental US.
- Payment for orders is accepted in USD by Pay Pal, Apple Pay and major credit cards as allowed during checkout.
- Orders are accepted as either "from inventory" or "made to order". For purposes of these policies, orders are considered "from inventory" unless quoted in advance of ordering.
- Shipping, Delivery and Packaging differs by product and may be viewed as follows:
2. ORDERING & PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS FROM INVENTORY:
Products ordered from inventory are paid in full at the time of purchase including shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable), prior to shipping; a shipping confirmation is sent following shipment of orders.
3. RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR PRODUCTS ORDERED FROM INVENTORY:
A. Returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please contact us to receive an RMA prior to returning merchandise.
B. We accept return of undamaged products purchased from inventory, in the original packaging with an RMA, for refund or exchange credit, exclusive of return shipping charges, for 21 days from purchase. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
C. Refunds are issued following our receipt and acceptance of returns according to paragraph 3B (above). Refunds are limited to the original product purchase price plus sales tax (if applicable) less a 20% restocking charge. Delivery and return shipping charges are not refundable.
D. Exchange credit is allowed for the original product purchase price plus sales tax (if applicable); exchange credit is not allowed for delivery or return shipping charges.
4. ORDERING & PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS MADE TO ORDER:
A. Products made to order are quoted in advance of ordering, on a case-by-case basis; quotes include ordering, payment and delivery terms per order.
B. Unless otherwise superseded in a quote, orders for products made to order are paid in full at the time of ordering. Periodic progress updates are provided when delivery (shipment) is expected to be 3-4 weeks or later from ordering.
C. Orders for products made to order are final and may not be cancelled. Partial or full payments received for products made to order are not refundable.
5. RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR PRODUCTS MADE TO ORDER:
Sales of products made to order are final and returns for refund or exchange credit are not accepted.
